Peanut Butter Dip

Peanut Butter Dip

Ever since I had baby #4, six months ago, I’ve had a huge appetite! When I’m nursing a baby I just can’t seem to get enough to eat. Since I do constantly snack I try to eat *mostly* healthy food choices that are full of protein to keep me full for a longer time.

Lately, I’ve been eating a lot of peanut butter! I can easily eat peanut butter by the spoonful, but since the serving size is only 2 tablespoons… well… let’s just say it’s easy to eat a lot more than that when you eat it straight out of the jar! So that is where this little gem of a recipe comes from.

2 Ingredients. 1 Minute to make. Gluten Free. Healthy. 22 Grams of protein!

Sweet enough to be a dessert, healthy enough to be a snack, creamy enough to be an appetizer.

Technically this is yogurt, but it could pass as either a mousse or pudding because it’s thick and creamy with a rich peanut butter flavor.

Whatever you want to call it or classify this versatile Peanut Butter Dip is amazing and delicious!

Since this does have SO much protein and it makes quite a bit this a perfect snack/dessert/whatever-you-want-it-to-be to share with a friend. I’ll whip up a bowl for my kids to share and they devour it! It also makes great left overs, so eat as much as you want and save the rest for later! Just keep it refrigerated.
